1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the content and services provided through the kboxsolutions.com website and the id.kboxsolutions.com membership system (together, the “Platform”), operated by Kbox Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Kbox”, “we”).
By visiting the Platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.
Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform is an informational platform presenting Kbox products, their technical specifications, documentation and company information.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes a binding offer to sell, a price commitment or a quotation. Product sales, pricing and delivery terms are governed by separate agreements and by authorised distributor and dealer arrangements.
3. Membership
3.1 Creating an account
Access to some parts of the Platform requires an account. When you register, you provide your full name, company name, company website and email address.
- Accounts are intended for business use; you confirm that you are opening the account on behalf of a company and are authorised to represent it.
- You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and for updating your account when it changes.
- You may not use another person's name, email address or company details without permission.
- Accounts are personal. You may not transfer your account to, or allow it to be used by, a third party.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. If you notice unauthorised use of your account, you must notify [email protected] without delay.
3.3 Ending your membership
You may close your account at any time. Kbox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the Platform.
3.4 Informational emails
As part of your membership, and where you have given consent, we will send you emails about new products, updates, technical documentation and industry developments. You can withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge; details are in our Privacy Policy. Essential account notices (such as password resets and security alerts) do not depend on consent.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, product images, technical drawings and documentation, software, design, logos and the Kbox trade mark — belongs to Kbox or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
- You may view, print and download content for your own personal or internal business information.
- You may not reproduce, publish, distribute or create derivative works from the content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or proprietary notices.
Third-party trade marks: names and marks appearing on the Platform such as Samsung, Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, Midea, Gree, Haier, Bosch, Arçelik and KNX belong to their respective owners. They are used solely to indicate the technical compatibility of our products and do not imply any partnership, affiliation or endorsement between Kbox and those brands.
5. Rules of Use
When using the Platform, you agree to:
- comply with applicable law and with these Terms;
- refrain from anything that endangers the security or operation of the Platform (uploading malicious code, sending excessive automated requests, attempting to circumvent security measures, or attempting unauthorised access);
- not systematically harvest content using automated tools (data scraping);
- not reverse engineer software or documentation obtained from the Platform;
- not infringe the rights of other users.
6. Product Information, Documentation and Installation
- Product specifications, compatibility lists and technical documents reflect the information available at the date of publication. Kbox reserves the right to change its products and documentation without prior notice.
- We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and current, but typographical errors, omissions or outdated details may occur. For binding information, please confirm with us at [email protected].
- Manuals, ETS databases, wiring diagrams and similar documents downloaded from the Platform are provided for general information and are not a substitute for project-specific engineering, design or compliance assessment.
- Installation safety: Kbox products are devices integrated into electrical installations and building automation systems. Mounting, wiring and commissioning must be carried out only by qualified and authorised technical personnel, in accordance with the product manual and local regulations. Kbox is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation or use outside the intended purpose.
7. Warranty and After-Sales
Product warranty is limited to the scope, duration and conditions set out in the warranty document supplied with the product and in the applicable sales contract. Nothing on the Platform creates any warranty or undertaking beyond those documents.
8. Availability and Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided “as is”. We give no undertaking that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, and Kbox reserves the right to discontinue all or part of the Platform.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kbox is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
- This clause does not cover wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. External Links
The Platform contains links to third-party sites (such as Google Maps, file downloads hosted on Google Drive, and social media accounts). The content and privacy practices of those sites are the responsibility of their operators, and Kbox has no control over them.

11. Changes to These Terms
Kbox may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page together with the “Last updated” date above and takes effect upon publication. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anadolu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are acting as a consumer, your rights under the mandatory jurisdiction rules of your place of residence are unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
