Kbox GRE-M is a KNX gateway that provides bidirectional communication between Gree Multi air conditioning systems and KNX building automation systems.
With Kbox GRE-M, the main functions of Gree indoor units can be controlled directly through the KNX system. Functions such as on/off control, operation mode, fan speed, temperature setting, and status feedback are transmitted to the KNX network and can be managed via KNX controllers or panels.
The gateway enables real-time data exchange between the KNX system and the Gree indoor unit. Commands sent from KNX panels, automation scenarios, or central control software are delivered directly to the air conditioning system.
Kbox GRE-M integrates with building automation scenarios to support functions such as energy saving, temperature limitation, scheduling, and automation. This allows the air conditioning system to operate in coordination with the building automation system and improves overall energy efficiency.
